This high rise residential building with a complex silhouette is located on the raised side of Moscow river in Khamovniki and descends down the embankment to the river in green terraces, aligning with the landscape. From the lane, the disciplined facade combines a simple form with a detailed configuration of terraces at the back.
The development of the surrounding area is realised in two versions: the first involves a restaurant and children's playground situated in a courtyard while the second limits the size of the site and restaurant, and offers an urban planning solution that is rare for Moscow. Both sides of the inner street are lined with 3-storey, blocked residential mews houses made up of a variety of studio, 2 and 3-room apartments. More diverse apartment configurations are available in the tower, from small 47m flats to expansive 500m penthouses. In keeping with the historical 19th century buildings of Khamovniki, the building is finished with dark brick.
