The residential complex is a multifunctional building. Residential apartments, apartments, and two floors of retail and office premises are combined in their compact volume. The building is located on the border of the Khavsko-Shabalovsky residential area, which was a project of soviet rationalist architects in the late 1920s. The planning structure of the central part of the quarter is formed by avant-garde houses. Buildings from the 1960s are located along the perimeter. The building perfectly fits the historical development pattern and faces Serpukhovsky Val street. It has a complex silhouette, which gradually rises deeper into the courtyard, thus compositionally enriching the building of the street. The façade system is designed in such a way as to emphasize the tectonics of the brick wall. The protruding pylons with exaggerated slopes, especially when illuminated from the side, enhance the feeling of the monumentality of the building.
